The Perfect Contact Lens Fit at Eye Mechanix

The first step in finding the perfect contacts for you is a thorough eye exam to make sure your prescription is up-to-date. We also check for pre-existing conditions that could interfere with contact lens wear.

Fitting lenses to your lifestyle
We will determine the best-fitting lens based on your lifestyle needs and the shape and health of your eyes. In most cases, you’ll have the opportunity to try lenses on the same day as your exam.

Many people who play sports or don’t wear their contacts every day opt for daily-wear disposable contacts. Ask our friendly and professional opticians for more information.

Follow up fittings
Our Lincoln Park and La Grange teams will follow up to make sure that we’ve found the right contacts for you. If you’ve chosen extended-wear contacts or monthly-wear contacts, we’ll also speak to you about proper wear and care of your lenses to ensure you have the best experience.
