During her time at MCPHS, Dr. Casper was an active member of the Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (SVOSH) and was elected president of the group in her third year. On her days off, Dr. Casper enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. You can find her in the kitchen trying out new recipes or out on the golf course trying to become a decent golfer. No matter what the activity is, Dr. Casper is always excited to try something new.

Sam I am! Although I don't particularly like green eggs and ham, I do like looking into green eyes, or brown or blue... It was on my first visit to the optometrist where I figured out what I wanted to do. There was no looking back and no hesitation between Thing 1 or Thing 2.
I still love Optometry, with the daily mix of interactions and the constant evolution of health, optics, science and technology. On days off, I like to spend time away from the crowds; biking, camping, fishing and hiking with family.
